Delaware – Global Merchant Partners Delaware (GMP DE) is proud to announce its certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Focus (SBF) supplier by the Delaware Division of Small Business. This accreditation underscores GMP DE’s firm commitment to embracing diversity and inclusivity and its dedication to supporting small businesses across Delaware.

The MBE certification recognizes businesses that are at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more minority individuals, while the SBF certification acknowledges businesses that meet specific size and ownership criteria. Both programs aim to assist minority-owned and small businesses in competing for government contracts and other opportunities.

Toby Guinn Sr., CEO of Global Merchant Partners, stated, “Sourcing from diverse suppliers, such as women-owned and minority-owned businesses, benefits small and large businesses alike, creating jobs and promoting equity. We are proud to be a part of the OSD community and look forward to collaborating with other diverse suppliers across the state.”

As an MBE and SBF certified business, GMP DE is committed to leveraging its certifications to help other minority-owned and small businesses in Delaware by introducing technologies that significantly increase cash flow.

Aprile Parella, Director of Operations, added, “Our MBE and SBF certifications set us apart in the payment processing industry in Delaware, enabling us to extend top-tier payment processing technologies to diverse and inclusive firms regardless of size. We are dedicated to serving our new OSD community in Delaware with distinction.”
